At each level, Companies House data is pulled, ownership percentages are extracted, and the next layer of corporate parents is identified and queued for analysis. The full chain is mapped without a single manual Companies House search.
Tree Visualisation
The ownership chain is rendered as an interactive tree diagram with clear parent-child relationships, ownership percentages on each branch, and colour-coded nodes indicating entity status. Clean entities show in green, flagged entities pulse in red, and the ultimate parent entity is highlighted at the top. The tree can be expanded, collapsed, and exported as part of the transaction report.
Conflict Detection
At every layer, the platform cross-references entities and individuals against the buyer's chain and all other parties in the transaction. Associated entities, common corporate connections, overlapping ownership, and entities appearing on both sides of the deal are flagged with the specific overlap and severity.
