CreditSafe scores, CCJ history, and recommended credit limits are displayed alongside Companies House filing status. Tenants with overdue accounts, thin credit files, or recent adverse events are flagged immediately — giving your client a clear picture of the income security behind the rent roll.
Insolvency & Risk Indicators
Is any tenant subject to insolvency proceedings? The platform screens every entity against the Insolvency Service register, checking for administration, liquidation, CVAs, and receivership. Directors and beneficial owners of each tenant company are also cross-checked for personal insolvency events. A tenant in distress is a void risk your client needs to price before exchange.

The tenant screening results are compiled into a firm-branded PDF report structured as a tenancy schedule with covenant assessments.
