Integrated Data Sources

Access a wealth of borrower and property data from leading UK sources including HM Land Registry title information, CoStar commercial property data, Experian credit data, and ONS economic indicators, all in one platform.

Corporate Structure Analysis

Map complex borrower group structures with our corporate intelligence tools. Identify associated SPVs, connected entities, and cross-collateralisation across your portfolio and the wider market.

Property-Level Intelligence

Every property in your portfolio is enriched with current market data including comparable transactions, rental evidence, planning applications, and local market trends from our data partners.

Credit & Financial Analysis

Streamline your underwriting with automated financial spreading, ratio analysis, and credit scoring. Compare borrower financials against sector benchmarks and historical performance data.

Continuous Companies House Monitoring

Your borrower's Companies House profile is monitored continuously. Filing compliance is tracked across the entire corporate network — not just the SPV on your facility agreement, but every associated company in the ownership chain.

A borrower whose associated companies start filing late is often the first sign of financial stress. The platform detects overdue accounts, overdue confirmation statements, insolvency proceedings, London Gazette notices, and Members' Voluntary Liquidations across the full corporate group — and feeds every signal into the composite risk score.

Accounts & Confirmation

Late filed accounts and overdue confirmation statements flagged in real time across the borrower and all associated entities.

Insolvency & Gazette

Active insolvency cases, winding-up petitions, and MVL filings detected from Companies House and the London Gazette.

Charges & Filing Patterns

Outstanding charges tracked with satisfaction dates. Filing pattern changes across the corporate network surfaced as early warnings.

Development Finance Monitoring

For development loans, the platform monitors your main contractor's Companies House profile and their associated companies throughout the build lifecycle. Contractor filing compliance, insolvency history, and charge activity are tracked alongside your borrower — because a contractor in financial difficulty is a direct risk to your facility.

All intelligence is derived from publicly available Companies House data and corporate filings.

Cross-Lender Payment Signals

Anonymised alerts when a borrower has payment issues with other lenders on the network. You see the signal. You never see who reported it. The platform acts as the sector's early warning system, surfacing distress signals that would otherwise remain invisible until it was too late.

Every lender on the platform contributes to a collective intelligence layer. When a borrower falls behind on payments elsewhere, the signal propagates to every lender with exposure. No names are attached. No counterparties are identified. The data speaks for itself.

Anonymised by Design

The reporting lender is never identified. Signals carry severity and timing, not source attribution. Your own reporting is equally anonymous to other participants.

Real-Time Propagation

Payment signals are surfaced within hours, not weeks. When a borrower misses a payment to another lender, your dashboard reflects the signal the same day.

Network Effect

The more lenders on the platform, the stronger the signal. Cross-lender payment intelligence improves with every new participant in the network.

FCA TCF-Compliant Decline History

See how many times a borrower has been declined across the network. The count is anonymous. No lender names are attached. No details of the declining institution are shared. You see the aggregate signal, nothing more.

Every decline recorded on the platform uses categorised reasons compliant with FCA Treating Customers Fairly requirements. Reasons are standardised across the network so the data is meaningful and comparable, not a collection of free-text notes that vary from lender to lender.

Decline data is ring-fenced. You only see aggregate counts and standardised categories. The identity of declining lenders is never disclosed.

Guarantor & Corporate Guarantee Tracking

Personal guarantee and corporate guarantee amounts are tracked per facility. The platform maps total guarantee exposure across the borrower's corporate network, giving you visibility of the guarantor's aggregate commitment, not just the amount on your own facility.

For corporate guarantees, the guaranteeing entity's filing compliance and financial health are monitored alongside the borrower. A corporate guarantee from a company with overdue accounts or declining turnover is a weaker guarantee. The platform makes that visible.

PG/CG Per Facility

Personal and corporate guarantee amounts recorded against each facility. Track the sterling value of every guarantee in your portfolio.

Aggregate Exposure

Total guarantee exposure across the borrower's corporate group. See how stretched a guarantor is before relying on their commitment.

Guarantor Monitoring

Corporate guarantors are monitored for filing compliance, insolvency signals, and financial deterioration. Weak guarantors are flagged early.

Experian Credit Data

Credit scores, credit limits, CCJ history, payment days beyond terms, and company status pulled directly from Experian. The data is integrated into the borrower profile alongside every other intelligence source on the platform.

Experian checks are auto-queued when a borrower is searched on the platform. Results are typically available within 30 minutes and are cached against the borrower record. No manual ordering. No separate logins. The credit data appears alongside the corporate structure, filing history, and payment signals you already see.

Credit Score & Limit

Commercial Delphi score and recommended credit limit. Track changes over time as the borrower's credit profile evolves.

CCJ & Payment History

County Court Judgements, payment days beyond terms, and trade payment patterns. See how the borrower pays its suppliers, not just its lenders.

Auto-Queued on Search

No manual steps. When you search a borrower, Experian data is queued automatically. Results appear on the borrower profile within 30 minutes.

Financial Accounts Analysis

The platform parses iXBRL-tagged accounts filed at Companies House using an in-house parser. Turnover, profit, and EBITDA are extracted directly from the filings without relying on third-party APIs. The data is available for every borrower and every entity in their corporate network.

Financial trends are tracked across multiple filing periods. Declining turnover, shrinking margins, or deteriorating EBITDA across the corporate group are surfaced as risk signals alongside the borrower's Companies House monitoring and credit data.

All financial data is derived from publicly filed accounts at Companies House. Micro-entities and dormant companies that file abbreviated accounts are flagged where full financials are unavailable.
