Financial Health Assessment
The platform pulls the operator's most recent filed accounts from public corporate records and runs CreditSafe analysis on balance sheet strength, payment behaviour, and credit standing. Red flags such as negative net assets, declining turnover, or qualified audit opinions are surfaced as signal cards with severity ratings that feed directly into the Financial Health component of the Viability Score.
Digital Reputation & Media Coverage
The platform scans the operator's digital footprint across web presence, news coverage, industry publications, and social media. Negative press — planning disputes, legal proceedings, tenant complaints, environmental concerns — is flagged alongside positive signals like award mentions, successful completions, and industry recognition. Filing compliance against public corporate records is also checked, with overdue accounts and missed confirmation statements flagged as dated signal cards. Operators with a thin or negative digital footprint score poorly on the Reputation component, giving you visibility into reputational risk that financial data alone cannot provide.
Director & Management Stability
High director turnover is a red flag that traditional due diligence often misses. The platform analyses appointment and resignation patterns across the operator's entire group structure — not just the SPV you are transacting with. If three directors resigned in the last six months, or if the current board was entirely appointed in the last 90 days, those patterns are flagged. The Director Stability score rewards long-tenured management teams and penalises rapid churn, giving you a quantified view of operational continuity risk.
Portfolio & Track Record
An operator's historical performance across managed assets tells you more than any pitch deck. The platform maps every SPV and subsidiary the operator's directors are connected to — past and present — using public corporate records and the charge register. Each associated entity is checked for charge satisfaction history, dissolved status, and insolvency proceedings. CoStar and LoopNet data is cross-referenced to assess the quality and performance of assets the operator has previously managed. Operators with a clean track record score highly. Those with a trail of unsatisfied security and wound-up companies are flagged with the specific entities and dates, so you can ask the right questions before you commit.
