Why We Built This
Every acquisition starts with sales particulars from the agent. The numbers look right, the tenant schedule is presented confidently, and the comparables are cherry-picked. But nobody credit checks the tenants named in the particulars, and nobody searches the charge register against the property address to find out who actually owns it.
We built Loan Intel to close the gap between what the agent gives you and what’s actually happening — verified through property platforms, credit agencies, and the charge register.
The platform takes sales particulars and runs them against CoStar, LoopNet, and Rightmove for property intelligence. Tenants named in the particulars are run through CreditSafe for credit scores and digital footprint analysis. Property addresses are searched against the charge register to discover the vendor SPV and its corporate filings.
