CreditSafe Scoring
Every tenant extracted from the sales particulars is screened against CreditSafe data to surface their current credit score, payment behaviour trends, any registered CCJs, and outstanding defaults. A tenant with a credit score below 40 and deteriorating payment patterns represents a material income risk — regardless of the lease terms on paper. The platform flags these automatically and feeds the CreditSafe score into each tenant's individual risk rating, so you can see at a glance which tenants are propping up the rent roll and which are at risk of default.
Digital Footprint Analysis
Beyond credit scores, the platform analyses each tenant's digital footprint to build a complete picture of business health. Web presence is checked — does the tenant have an active website, social media accounts, and a visible online presence? Online reviews from Google, Trustpilot, and sector-specific platforms are aggregated and sentiment-scored. Financial health indicators such as hiring activity, expansion signals, and negative press are surfaced. A tenant with no web presence, no reviews, and a dormant digital footprint is sending a clear signal about operational health — even if rent payments are still current. Tenant Covenant Strength
CreditSafe scores and digital footprint signals are combined into a covenant strength assessment for each tenant. A tenant with a strong credit score but declining online reviews and shrinking web presence may be on a downward trajectory that the credit data has not yet reflected. Conversely, a newer tenant with a moderate credit score but strong digital signals — active hiring, positive reviews, expanding web presence — may represent better income security than the numbers alone suggest.
